Guillermo Bergareche

Guillermo Bergareche has 19 years of experience in investment banking, 13 of which he has dedicated to the real estate sector.

In 2003 Guillermo joined Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in the Structured Finance department for Iberia, including real estate finance. In 2009 he took over the management of the real estate department for Iberia, where he is Managing Director. Before joining Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, he worked at Lehman Brothers, Banco Santander and Banco de España.

Guillermo Bergareche holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) in Madrid.
