Javier Picón

He was the first collaborator to join the Azora Group in 2003.

Javier has been highly active within the Group, collaborating in the development of the largest institutional rental housing portfolio in Spain, with an investment of over €1 billion. This portfolio consists of developments and turnkey buildings acquired from major real estate developers. He was also responsible for the Group’s property management subsidiary, in charge of the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio.

He currently heads the Logistics area.

Prior to joining the Azora Group, he was a senior banker at Atlas Investment Bank and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.

Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
