Our Goal
MILEPRO LOGÍSTICA ÚLTIMA MILLA SOCIMI, S.A. (hereinafter "MilePro" or "the Company") is a Spanish company, whose main objective is to create a real estate portfolio of high-quality assets related to the last mile logistics sector. This objective is achieved through active management of the assets acquired, including through investment in the improvement and transformation of assets, in order to offer a better quality of service in the growing e-commerce industry.
MilePro is attached to the tax regime of Sociedad Anónima Cotizada de Inversión Inmobiliaria (SOCIMI) and has a Board of Directors, with proven experience, which will supervise the investment and management of the Company.
MilePro is an externally managed vehicle by Azora, an independent private equity manager specializing in real estate investment. Azora was founded in 2003, currently manages assets worth more than 6,000 million euros.

Strategy
MilePro intends to bring together, through its investments and the management of Azora, a portfolio of high-quality real estate assets, related to the last-mile logistics sector in Spain.
When analysing possible investments, MilePro focuses on those assets whose location, quality and potential can create greater value for the shareholder through active management of the acquired assets.
The Company's objective is to generate profitability by taking advantage of investment opportunities that may arise in the Spanish real estate market by creating a portfolio of high-quality assets capable of generating not only recurring income but, if necessary, capital gains as a result of future divestments.
