Luis Ceniga has dedicated most of his professional career at Accenture, where he was Partner and Senior Managing Director. He worked for 34 years in different industries and responsibilities. Among them, global head of the construction sector, head of consulting in Spain, Portugal, Africa, head of Industry, and the last 4 years as head of consulting at Accenture Greater China. He is currently a director and advisor to Deppon Logistics, a leading company in the transport sector with more than 150,000 employees, based in Shanghai, China. Additionally, it supports different companies in business development projects. He is an Industrial Engineer from the Higher School of Industrial Engineers of Bilbao.

Carlos spent more than 17 years in London, dedicated to investment banking at Nikko Securities, Barclays Capital and Citigroup, as director of capital markets. Upon his return to Spain in 2010, he was director of financing at Repsol S.A. for 4 years. In 2014 he was a founding partner of the securities company Bekafinance and was responsible for Corporate finance and M&A. He is currently the general director of finance and administration (CFO) of the Nueva Pescanova group. In addition to Milepro, he is a member of the advisory board of the Swedish communication consulting company KREAB. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Guillermo Bergareche has 19 years of experience in investment banking, of which 13 years dedicated to the real estate sector. In 2003 Guillermo started working at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in the Structured Finance department for Iberia, including real estate financing. In 2009 he took over the management of the real estate department for Iberia, where he is Managing Director. Prior to joining Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank , he worked at Lehman Brothers, Banco Santander and Banco de España. Guillermo Bergareche holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF) in Madrid.

Javier is a Partner at Azora, where he focuses on investments in the Senior Living and Logistics segments.

He joined Azora in 2003 as the company’s first employee, contributing to the creation of the largest institutional portfolio of residential rental properties in Spain, with a total investment of more than €1.3 billion. He was also responsible for the group’s property management subsidiary. In 2011, he led the acquisition of Resa, the largest portfolio of student housing in Spain. Previously, he was a senior banker at Atlas Investment Bank and worked in the strategic consulting area of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has attended the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
