Management Team

Concha is a Founding Partner at Azora. She has extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors, having been Vice President and CEO of Santander Central Hispano Activos Inmobiliarios and President of Banif Inmobiliaria S.A. In addition, she has held notable positions as President of INVERCO and Member of the Board of Directors of Caja Navarra.

Concha holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, an MBA from Instituto de Empresa and a PDG from the University of Navarra. He participates in several prestigious organizations, including the Council for the Economy of the Holy See and the ICO Foundation

Fernando is also a Founding Partner at Azora. Prior to Azora, he held important positions within the Santander Group, including General Manager responsible for the Group’s asset management, private banking and insurance businesses, as well as a member of its Management Committee. He has also been a director of several companies in the Santander Group, Director of the Caixa Geral Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sample Test, Executive Vice President of Corporación Eólica CESA, President of Transmol Logística and Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Cortefiel and Zeltia.

Fernando holds degrees in law and economics from the University of Deusto.

Javier is a Partner at Azora, where he focuses on investments in the Senior Living and Logistics segments.

He joined Azora in 2003 as the company’s first employee, contributing to the creation of the largest institutional portfolio of residential rental properties in Spain, with a total investment of more than €1.3 billion. He was also responsible for the group’s property management subsidiary. In 2011, he led the acquisition of Resa, the largest portfolio of student housing in Spain. Previously, he was a senior banker at Atlas Investment Bank and worked in the strategic consulting area of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has attended the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Javier is a Partner at Azora, where he leads the Living vertical and the Technology Management division. He also oversees the multi-strategy investment strategy and has led ‘special situations’ transactions, such as the acquisition of distressed corporate debt from Sareb and the restructuring of a renewable energy company.

Prior to joining Azora in 2007, Javier worked for 15 years in various industries, including strategic consulting for McKinsey & Company, renewable energy for Corporación Eólica CEASA and automotive as President of the Automotive Distribution Sector in Spain.

Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (specialization in finance) from the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF) and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (double major in strategy and operations).

Eduardo joined Azora in 2007 and since then has actively contributed to the investment and management processes of Azora Europe, Carey and Hispania.

Prior to joining Azora, he was Manager of Heritage and Unique Buildings in Vallehermoso, and Manager of Concrete and Construction in Aragon.

Eduardo is a civil engineer graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has a PDD Master’s degree from IESE.

He began his career at Grupo Azora in 2007. Previously, he was a senior associate at the law firm Pérez-Llorca.

Martín holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Legal Advice from the Instituto de Empresa

Andrés started his career at Grupo Azora in 2018, as an Associate in the investment team. He has been actively involved in all acquisitions of the Azora Principals vehicle, as well as in the divestment of the Azora Europe fund. Since 2020, he has been fully involved in the development of the logistics segment, where he is now an associate director of investments.

Between 2013 and 2018, he developed his professional career in the valuation and strategic consulting teams of Savills-Aguirre Newman.

Andrés holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from ETSAM, having completed part of his studies at IIT Chicago.

Rodrigo joined the Azora group in May 2021 to support the investment team in the various ongoing funds, first in the senior living fund, and then, shortly after, in the newly created logistics funds of which he became a full-time member.

Previously, he gained experience in real estate consulting while working in CBRE’s Capital Markets department in Portugal, participating in the sale of multiple portfolios/assets.

Rodrigo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Instituto de Empresa (IE).

He began his career at the Azora Group in March 2022 as an Investment Associate.

Previously, he worked in the Corporate Finance department of FTI Consulting, as a Senior Analyst at CBRE Global Investors and finally as a Manager in the last mile logistics vehicle of the Blackstone Group (Mileway).

Jaime holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESIC, a Master’s degree in Finance from CUNEF and a PGDM in Business from the University of California Riverside. Additionally, he has studied Law at the Distance University of Madrid.

Fernando has 8 years of professional experience and has been working in Azora for 5 years.

He has experience in urban planning, renovation projects and self-development in their different phases. His main focus has been on offices and hotels.

Currently, he works as a Project Manager at Azora and has a profile focused on urban planning, possessing relevant and necessary skills to solve complex planning problems.

He previously worked as a Project Manager at Almar.

Esther joined Azora’s Residential and Logistics Asset Management team in September 2021.

Esther holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Valencia (2016-2020) and a master’s degree in Management from IESE Business School (2020-2021)

Kepa joined the Azora team in May 2022 as Head of product and sustainability in the residential area, extending the scope later to logistics.

He was part of the Product and innovation department at Neinor Homes since 2018, and has previous international experience in England and Denmark in the real estate market.

Kepa has a degree in architecture from the University of Navarra.
